   Its difficult to answer questions about software or hardware that I don't personally have. A great

   many programs work in a very similar way so often its not too difficult to figure it out but it may be

   very time consuming.

        Sometimes I can fix things over the phone but often I don’t get enough information to understand the

        problem. It may look like a problem with your email but in fact be an issue with your internet connection.

          It really helps to know what operating system you’re using, what program you’re using, and an error
        number if possible but most importantly that you tell me EXACTLY what happens when the error or
        problem occurs. It would really help if you could Printscreen the error. See here for how to do this.

        My questions may not make much sense to you, but correct and concise answers will help diagnose your
        problem and if you follow my instructions (precisely!) I may be able to get you up and running without
        you needing to pay for a callout.
