Pricing

         Setup/Repair/Tutoring
 
         $35 per hour (one hour minimum/includes callout fee)

         If, upon arrival & inspection/diagnosis, (less than 15 minutes), I find that I am unable to help you,

         the minimum callout fee is $20.00

         Pickup/Delivery Service

         For those clients who have physical problems getting to their systems, or those who just don’t want

         to ‘mess with all the wires’, I offer a Pickup and Delivery Service. I will:

                disconnect the computer

                take notes on what work needs to be done (I'm presuming you have already discussed and

                    determined what is needed, either with me or a technician)

                deliver to a repairer or technician of your choice and brief them

                pick up the computer when its ready

                deliver back to your home and reconnect.

        All up fee of $35.00

        (This is for pickup and delivery only, any extra time spent discussing what work needs to be done, or

        any time spent over the time to reconnect, will have to attract an extra hours fee. The utmost care
        taken but no responsibility)

         Web Design/Consultancy

        $50 per hour (one hour minimum)

        Due to increasing committments, design jobs are considered on a case-by-case basis.

        This covers website planning, image, target audience, website purpose, costings, domain name

        registration, hosting, search engine optimization, site maintenance, site ownership, copyright, image

        licensing and more. I can even do a mini website workshop with you.

        Non-attendance

        If a booking is made it is expected that the client will be available and ready to participate in the

        appointment. Due to travel expenses incurred, any non-attendance by a client to a pre-arranged

        appointment WILL be invoiced at the one-hour minimum fee of $35.00

        Payment Methods

        Cash or Cheque is acceptable and appreciated at the time of appointment. Commercial jobs will be

        invoiced, and private appointments can be invoiced with prior agreement.

        I am not GST-registered but as I am a registered business, a receipt is always available and will be

        offered.
